What We Provide
For those who qualify, our attorneys provide legal counsel and draft responses to landlords who threaten or have started eviction proceedings. Additional services may include the discussion of options, review of lease documents or eviction notices, and representation at an unlawful detainer proceeding. We will also offer guidance by reviewing rent raises for legality, ensure your landlord is following all laws and requests for Reasonable Accommodations based on disability, family hardships or illnesses.
